Catholic Identity
At Marist-Sion College, our Catholic identity is at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the traditions of the Marist Brothers and the Sisters of Our Lady of Sion, and situated within the Catholic Diocese of Sale, we are committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and empowering students to live its message in their daily lives.
Our Vision — that students are known and loved, grow as lifelong learners and live as active citizens inspired by Catholic Social Teaching — shapes our approach to faith, learning and community.
Religious Education, based on the Diocese of Sale curriculum To Live in Christ Jesus, is compulsory for all students and enriched through Youth Ministry, retreats, liturgical celebrations and daily prayer. Students are encouraged to deepen their faith while engaging with real-world issues through social justice initiatives grounded in compassion, advocacy and service.
At Marist-Sion College, our Catholic identity is not simply taught — it is lived through faith, service and community.
